Open Studio Time
Open Studio time is available to returning artists who’ve completed a Studio Chat & Tour. You’ll schedule sessions based on staff availability using our online booking system. This is a great option for independent makers who want space to work without instruction.
You’ll bring your own clay and tools, and we’ll provide shelf space for your work in progress. We aim to keep the space clean, positive, and family-friendly—where creativity builds community.

Possum Pottery Texas offers an charming event space ideal for a variety of small scale, artistic, and social gatherings. Artists looking to share their expertise can utilize our classroom spaces to conduct their own workshops, fostering creativity and community engagement.
In addition to artist-led workshops, our studio provides the perfect spot for celebrations. Guests can schedule a pottery workshop and reserve a separate room for a party, allowing for a unique and memorable experience that blends artistry with festivities.
Small businesses can also take advantage of our flexible space for meetings, providing an inspiring environment to encourage collaboration and innovation. At Possum Pottery Texas, we are committed to supporting both artistic endeavors and community gatherings in our warm and inviting atmosphere.
Plan an Artist-led Workshop
At Possum Pottery Texas, we are proud to introduce our artist-led workshop service, designed to support and empower local artists. Our studio offers a welcoming environment for artists to lead small workshops for groups of 12 participants or fewer.
For just $50 per hour, artists can utilize our dedicated classroom space, which includes access to a smart TV that can be connected to an artist-provided laptop, perfect for presentations or demonstrations. Additionally, we provide space for serving snacks to enhance the workshop experience.
Artists will be responsible for supplying all necessary materials and preparing their lessons, ensuring a tailored and engaging experience for participants. After the workshop, we do ask that artists clean the space to maintain our facilities for future use.
This initiative is an opportunity for artists to share their skills, connect with the community. We look forward to sharing our studio with you soon.

Possum Pottery Texas offers inviting small party rooms perfect for guests attending private group pottery workshops. When scheduling your event, you can enhance the experience by adding our well-equipped party room to your booking.
A full kitchen is available with a refrigerator and freezer for storing your snacks. Enjoy space for serving refreshments and a arrangement of tables and chairs accommodating up to 20 guests. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying time with friends, our studio provides a welcoming environment for creativity and connection.

Request a Meeting Room
At Possum Pottery Texas, we are pleased to offer meeting room spaces tailored for local businesses hosting small gatherings. We have four versatile spaces available:
April’s Classroom: This cozy room seats 12 and is equipped with a smart TV that connects to customer-provided laptops, making it ideal for presentations or group discussions.
Sissy’s Room: This unique area consists of two adjoining rooms. One room features a table and chairs for six, while the other can accommodate eight, allowing for flexibility in seating arrangements and activities.
Priscilla’s Room: This space includes tables and chairs for six, with an additional four movie style seats on the side, perfect for collaborative work or intimate meetings.
Kimberly’s Kitchen: Available for serving light meals and snacks, this kitchen area enhances the overall experience, providing a comfortable setting for networking or refreshments during meetings.
